Preparations for your time abroad can seem daunting at times,
but following our instructions can be as easy as 1, 2, 3. We even
have a weekly newsletter to help you stay on top of the deadlines.
You should also familiarize yourself with the booklists and other
information we provide for your benefit. It may seem like a
lot, but follow our advice and you'll be on the plane in no
time!

1. Visa Information
Deadline to submit photocopies of your Visa: May 1,
2010
2. Required Forms
Here you’ll find all the required forms you need to submit to us
before you go.
Deadline to Submit All Documents to OGS: May 1, 2010
3. Orientation Information
Make sure you attend the Site-Specific Orientation AND at
least one Pre-Departure Orientation. They provide great
information, and they’re required.
