Please note that this program is limited to 25 students and will fill quickly. Your space is not confirmed until we receive the receipt of your $250 non-refundable deposit/program fee  confirmation form.

Step 1: Review the Refund Policy
Dean's Fellowship Programs
Your participation in the program is not “official until we receive your confirmation form and proof of payment for the $250 non-refundable deposit/program fee. By submitting this confirmation form, you commit to paying the $250 deposit/program fee, plus tuition in full by the University’s Spring tuition payment deadline. Tuition is refunded according to STJ’s refund schedule. Though the Dean's Fellowship is subsidized by the University, please understand that by submitting the confirmation form and deposit/program fee, you also commit to buying round –trip airfare to Paris or Rome (estimated at $900-1,200).

Step 2: Pay Your Deposit
You can pay the deposit through the Student Financial Services office, by calling 718-990-2000 (ext. 3), or on  UIS. To pay online through UIS, please follow these instructions: 1. Select "Student Account." 2. Select "Student Account Suite."3. Select the "Deposits" tab located on the top of the page 4. Select the appropriate term for your program. 5. Select "Global Studies Program". 6. Proceed with Payment

Step 3: Submit your Confirmation Form and Receipt of Deposit
The final step to confirm your spot on the program is to submit your Confirmation Form and receipt of deposit to our office. Until we receive both documents, your spot will not be confirmed. Please review the refund policy, complete the confirmation form and return it to the Office of Global Studies   by the date outlined below.
