Argentina
US Citizens will not need to apply for a visa prior to
departure. However, you will be required to pay a reciprocity
fee or “entry fee” of $140 upon entry into Argentina.
Uruguay
Uruguay does not have an entry fee.
Non-U.S. Citizens
Depending on the country of citizenship, non-U.S. citizens
may be required to apply for and obtain a tourist visa prior to
departure. If you are not a U.S. Citizen, it is important that you
start this process as soon as possible.
Visa Information Sessions
Recognizing that the visa application process can be challenging
and raise many questions, our office hosts a series of
visa information sessions. These sessions will give you a
chance to ask questions and complete your paperwork. We’ll hold
sessions on both the Queens and Staten Island campuses; the
schedule will be available
