Explore the cultural treasures of Taiwan!

Dates: July 19, 2011 - August 2, 2011 (Please note dates indicate beginning and end of the program).

In the age of globalization, it's crucial for you to get a firm grasp on the specific issues involved in multicultural counseling. What better way to do that than to explore a new and exciting cultural environment in beautiful and ancient Taiepei City, Taiwan.

Students will begin the course in New York and continue the course in Taipei City, Taiwan. During the program, students will participate in counseling-related seminars and visit a counseling center at a local university.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to visit local cultural attractions such as Longshen Temple, Snake Alley (a famous night market), and National Palace Museum. Meet the locals and explore the beauty of this inspiring city.

The course option form should be signed by your Dean or Academic Advisor to ensure that you will receive credit toward your course of study.
