What do
beautiful beaches, ancient turtles, organic coffee and high
literacy rates have in common? Come to Costa
Rica and find out!
Explore the
rainforest, work with local scientists to protect endangered
species, and visit indigenous communities to learn about cultural
preservation. Using a hands-on approach, students will be immersed
in service-learning projects that engage local schools, wildlife
projects, and organic farming-collectives where the connection
between education and sustainability is uniquely evident.

- Hike the lush cloud forest
- Wade in hot springs
- Walk the Arenal Volcano

students must submit a completed paper application

that you will receive credit toward your course of study.
