August 29 - December 13, 2008
This is a great program that allows you to see several
countries in one semester. However, before you can embark on this
journey, you have to complete several forms, and most importantly,
apply for a visa.
Orientation Information
The Office of Global Studies is holding a series of visa
orientations to help prepare you for your trip. You can also find
instructions on the visa application process in the
visa information section. Download the
Orientation PDF for the orientation session you select.

Important Forms
In addition to the obtaining a visa, our office requires
that you turn in important information like your medical forms, a
waiver of liability and photocopies of your passports. These
documents provide us with important information about you, and
ensure that if you have any problems while abroad, the Office of
Global Studies in New York will be able to help you right away. For
these reasons, deadlines are important. Handing forms in late—or
failing to hand in forms—may jeopardize your ability to participate
in the program. Make sure to follow all of our deadlines and be on
the lookout here and in your e-mail inbox for important reminders
and updates.
