Rome campus FAQs

  1. How much does it cost to do laundry on campus?
    The cost is €2 to wash and €2 to dry.
     
  2. Is there detergent available for sale on campus?
    No, there is not.  It can be purchased at any nearby grocery store. 
      
  3. Do you offer meal plans on campus?
    No, but we do have two full kitchens on campus available for student use.
     
  4. Do you help groups make reservations to museums?
    We have compiled a list of group booking information for certain museums and it can be found in the attractions section of our website. 
     
  5. Is classroom space available for rent?
    Yes, you can rent any of our classrooms for an hourly rate.
     
  6. Do you help groups make ground transportation arrangements?
    Contact information for a reccommended travel agency who can help you with those arrangements can be found here.
     
  7. Can faculty members or chaperones stay on campus?
    We have a limited number of rooms with private bath. Please contact us for rates and availability. 
     
  8. When in check-in/ check out?
    Check-in is from 12:00p.m. - 5:00p.m. and check-out is at 10:00a.m.
     
  9. What is your reservation policy?
    We require a 10% refundable deposit in order to secure the accommodations. The deposit will be refundable up to 90 days prior to the arrival date. The 10% deposit will become non-refundable starting from the 90th day prior to arrival.  
     
  10. What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy can be found in Exhibit A of the sample contract.
