The Peer Mentors Orientation provides all leaders in the peer
mentoring team with 3 sessions to become familiar with the program.
Sessions include: 1) Project A.I.M. History and program overview,
mission, goals and objectives, benefits, and program policies and
requirements; 2) Mentor expectations and restrictions, roles and
responsibilities, level of commitment expected, schedule of
upcoming training, and goal setting, and 3) the nature of the
mentor-mentee relationship and level of personal involvement.
