It’s a Big World; Let Us Introduce
You...
St. John’s offers a wide variety of programs to suit any student’s
needs, from multi-city, multi-country Discover the World program to
winter intersession in fantastic locations like the Galapagos
Islands. What’s more, the Office of Global Studies can help you
decide which program matches your needs and interests.
If you would like to see the world and experience different
cultures in one semester, try our Discover the World program. If
you live on campus and want to really get to know another culture,
try a semester in Rome through St. John’s campus in Italy. On
the other hand, if you work during the school year and have limited
time to study abroad, try a Winter Intersession or summer
program. Whatever your academic focus or time constraints,
St. John’s believes that everyone should have an international
experience to enrich your mind and broaden your horizons.
Semester Programs
Whether you travel to three countries in our
Discover the World: Europe program or an immersion through our
Discover Italy: Rome Semester or
Discover France: Paris Semester programs. We have
something for every interest and course of study.
Summer Programs
Summer session programs are geared towards students who want to
gain inter-cultural skills and international immersion in a
particular discipline between semesters. Program locations have
included

discipline. Previous locations have been the

Exchange and Direct Enrollment Programs
For the more independent student, we offer a variety of exchange

affairs of an historic, judicial, economic, political and social
nature while on our home campus.
