Associate status conferred by the Society
of Actuaries (SOA) represents a professional's commitment to and
standing within the insurance, pension and employee benefits
consulting industries. Individuals who earn this membership
can significantly enhance their professional opportunities within
the industry. The Center for Professional Education offers a
comprehensive program designed to provide candidates with the
knowledge and skills they need to pass the SOA-administered
national/international exams.
Students receive assistance in preparing
for the national exams and earning professional designations, and
often have higher pass ratios than the national average.
