 " The biggest reason my family and I chose Tobin was because of the diversity, not only of the University, but of the surrounding community in Queens, NY. I felt from the start that the students in my MBA classes embraced my accent and diversity. I have a lot of interaction with the professors who are also curious about my background.

  Aside from attending school here, I also work in the Tutoring Center on campus and my boss there has always helped make me feel comfortable about being here. She always asks about my family back in India and how they are doing. It is just a really friendly and accepting place.

  Tobin holds so many networking events with professionals in my major, accounting, so that I have been able to make some strong contacts. Alumni of the University are always willing to help future graduates with jobs and that has made me feel very confident about leaving here and being able to work in my field of study.”
