" I feel that getting my MBA has made me
more confident about wanting to start my own company and use the
skills I have learned here to live out and accomplish my dreams of
being an entrepreneur. Being in New York, there is no ceiling on
achieving as I felt there was in Sweden.
My father is Chilean and my mother
is Finnish and in Sweden there is not as much of a diverse
population. I always felt there were limitations imposed on me
there being of a different ethnic background then the rest of the
society. That’s why being here in New York is the best place for
someone with my background and abilities.
I advise anyone who is an
international student to take advantage of all of the opportunities
offered here and use them to get ahead.”
