Dr. Anthony Michael Sabino, J.D.
Professor of Law
Professor Anthony Sabino holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John's University and a J.D. from the St. John's University School of Law. He is currently a Professor in the Department of Law at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business.
Dr. Sabino is fully experienced in all aspects of litigating matters in the federal, bankruptcy, and state courts, from initial pleadings, depositions, discovery, arguing motions, conducting trials, and appeals to special expertise in antitrust, securities, bankruptcy, international law, admiralty, maritime, arbitration, mediation, government regulation, constitutional law, corporate, banking, tax litigation, and white collar crime.
His professional experience includes years of work at Law firms such as: Marks & Murase, Leboeuf Lamb Leiby & MacRae, Morgan Lewis & Bockius, Sage Gray Todd & Sims, and Ernst & Whinney as well as almost a decade of experience in his own firm, Sabino & Sabino, P.C.
Dr. Sabino has a national reputation as an authority on antitrust law, securities regulation and litigation, bankruptcy, arbitration and mediation.
