Associate Professor of Management
Dr. Massetti has a Ph.D. in Information and Management Science from the Florida State University, an M.B.A from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and a BA in Experimental Psychology from the University of South Florida.
Her research is focused on investigating the individual, group, and organizational impacts of information technology applications such as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and Creativity Support Systems (CSS). She has published in MIS Quarterly, The Journal of Computer Information Systems, and Management Research News.
Dr. Massetti is also an active member of a variety of professional organizations including the Academy of Management, the Institute for Operations Research and Management Science, and the Association for Computing Machinery.
