Yoga invites us to pay close attention to our breath and the
entirety of our body as enter a time of prayer with one another and
God. Through the use of simple movements, gestures, and deep
breathing, prayer becomes a bodily experience. All are welcome —
whether you practice yoga everyday or have never tried it before.
Please bring a mat or towel.
