Juvenile Delinquency Prosecution Practicum
Attention rising 2Ls and 3Ls. Earn 12 credits while working
full-time prosecuting juvenile delinquency cases in Queens Family
The Law School is pleased to partner with the New York City Law
Department ― the prosecuting agency in Family Court ― to offer this
one semester practicum in both the Fall and Spring semesters. Up to
four students will work full time for the New York City Law
Department in Queens Family Court, where they will have their own
docket of misdemeanor cases. They will also assist senior
prosecutors with serious felony matters.
