Dr. James O’Keefe served with distinction as the Director of
Training for the New York City Police Department (Ret.) and also
served as various assignments as a police officer and police
administrator for the Houston (TX) Police Department. Dr.
O’Keefe is a professional police consultant and has authored
numerous scholarly publications. He has also been the
recipient of several professional and academic honors and awards
over his career.
