Step I
- Candidates for admission must be: a) graduates of an
ACPE-accredited pharmacy program OR b) have earned a B.S. degree in
pharmacy with completion of clinical experience equivalent to a
community internship, hospital externship, inpatient clerkship and
an elective rotation AND have obtained a license to practice in the
U.S.
- Candidates must complete a University graduate application, and
submit transcripts of all college coursework, three letters of
recommendation and
a personal statement of goals to the Office of Graduate
Admission. - Candidates also need to submit a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae
for evaluation.
Step II
- Selected applicants must successfully complete a personal
interview with the Admissions and Counseling Committee.
