Elizabeth
J. Fee, Esq. Partner at The Law Offices of
Kraus, Diamond & Fee, PLLC and has over 25 years of experience
in all aspects of family and matrimonial law including custody,
child support, adoptions, divorce, orders of protection and
abuse/neglect proceedings. She began her career at the
Juvenile Rights Division of the Legal Aid Society where she
represented children in abuse/neglect proceedings, PINS, custody
and juvenile delinquency proceedings. She was an Assistant
Attorney-in Charge in both the Brooklyn and Manhattan
offices. Since entering private practice in 1997, she has been
certified by both the First and Second Departments as an attorney
qualified to represent children in custody and visitation disputes
and has represented many children as well as parents in high
conflict matrimonial and custody cases in Supreme Court and Family
Court. She is a member of the matrimonial committee of NYCLA
and of the Interdisciplinary Forum on Mental Health and Family
Law. She graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in
1984.
