Dr. Lauritzen comes to St. John’s University from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio where he has been Chairperson of the Department of Religious Studies and Director of the Program in Applied Ethics. Among his recent publications are

. Since 2002, he has edited (with Christine E. Gudorf) the prestigious
Journal of the Society of Christian Ethics
