- Manage the archives, a repository holding 2700 linear feet of
university records, manuscript collections, photographs, films,
videotapes, books and memorabilia. Provide reference service to
students, faculty, administrators, and outside researchers.
- Supervise staff, student workers, and volunteers. Appraise,
accession, arrange and describe records.
- Perform preservation and digitization projects. Outreach
activities (lectures, demonstrations, exhibitions, publications).
Collaborate with records manager to carry out records surveys,
formulate policies and procedures. Joint projects with Special
Collections.
- Serve on library committees and perform other administrative
duties.
