  • Addressing the specific needs of Anglophones seeking to improve their knowledge and practice of French in the teaching of advanced French grammar and composition courses .
  • Translation studies:  applying recent findings in linguistics to problem solving in French to English translation.
  • French Caribbean Literature: the thematics of cultural identity in the works of the new generation of French Caribbean writers.
