A limited number of graduate assistantships are available on a
competitive basis to all qualified full-time applicants. Graduate
Assistants receive full-tuition remission, as well as a stipend. In
turn, they provide the Department with 15-20 hours a week of
support.
All applicants for graduate assistants also must submit Graduate
Record Examination (GRE) scores (General and Subject tests).
*IMPORTANT GRE INFORMATION
If you need your GRE score reports before November 2011, take the
current GRE Geneeral Test before August 1, 2011. Therefore,
if you are applying for the Spring 2012 Semester you will need to
take the GRE before August 1, 2011.
