As the second person to hold the Peter and Margaret D’Angelo
Endowed Chair for the Humanities at St. John’s, Alice McDermott
will meet informally with students and faculty, teach an intensive
fiction-writing workshop for qualified undergraduates and deliver
public lectures.
In addition to teaching English 3770: Advanced Fiction Writing
Workshop, she will deliver the following lectures:
