The University maintains several townhouses just 1 mile from
campus for use by School of Law students. The DePaul Townhouses are
divided up into several 1, 2, and 3 bedroom furnished apartments
complete with hardwood floors, kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, and
wireless Internet. Each student will have a private dedroom and
will share a common living area with one or two other students
. The DePaul Townhouses are University owned and
regulated by the Office of Residence Life. Students must submit an
application, $500 deposit, and a signed contract to the School of
Law Admissions Office in order to secure placement.
These apartments are available on a first-come first-served
basis.
Please keep in mind that these spaces are
limited and may be secured by students who have paid both their
seat and housing deposits in full. Students must also return a
completed application and contract.
A Wait List will be maintained if deposits exceed the spots
available. Actual room assignments will be made in
July. Move-in occurs just before orientation in August.
The DePaul Townhouses are available for a calendar year
lease. Move-in for incoming students will occur on Friday,
August 8, 2008. Move-in for current students will occur on
Saturday, August 16, 2008. For an alternate date, please

- Private Bedroom with Private Bathroom: $15,500
- Private Bedroom with Shared Bathroom: $14,400
While law students
