Boyle was elected to the Board of Directors of the Legal
Writing Institute and to the Editorial Board of the Journal of the
Legal Writing Institute.
With over 2,100 members, the Legal Writing Institute is the
second-largest organization of law teachers in the country. The
Journal of the Legal Writing Institute is a peer-reviewed journal
publishing articles on legal writing and a broad range of related
disciplines, including classical rhetoric, linguistics,
composition, psychology, communications, and ethics.
