The School of Law Information Technology department (IT) will
support all computers and printers that are purchased and
distributed by IT. The IT department will not provide
hardware support for personal laptops, home computers
or personal digital assistants (PDA's). As a courtesy,
we will assist with diagnostic information needed when contacting
hardware vendors or manufacturers.
Please be sure to backup any important documents you may
have on your computer before requesting service. The St. John's
School of Law IT department cannot be responsible for any data loss
that may occur while servicing your personal
computer.
