The Real Property Law Society at St. John's School of Law provides opportunities for students to explore topics in real estate and related real property issues. The Society invites legal practitioners and prominent real estate professionals as guest speakers on various Real Property topics and works closely with the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA RPL), which is composed of leading members of the national real estate community. The Society also acts as a resource for the NYSBA RPL by providing editorial assistance for the NYSBA RPL’s publication, the N.Y. Real Property Law Journal, where the Society’s members have the opportunity to publish case summaries and/or articles. In addition, Society members can work directly with members of the NYSBA RPL and its Executive Committee in providing research assistance in connection with proposed legislation and other projects. The Real Property Law Society is currently inactive. If you are interested in reactivating this student organization, please contact:
