In September 2011, the N.Y. Litigator Law Journal launched its Case Comment Publication Project. Students participating in the project research and write case comments on timely issues relevant to practitioners in the commercial and federal litigation arena. Each student-written piece is published on the Law School’s website. To facilitate a robust discussion on the piece, students will also write about their case comment publication process at the NYSBA’s Commercial & Federal Litigation Section Blog. Staff members also have the option of turning their blog posts into a note to satisfy the Law School’s scholarly writing requirement and to receive directed research credit.
