
Anita K. Krug is an Assistant Professor of Law at the
University of Washington School of Law, where she teaches business
and securities law courses, including courses on securities
regulation, corporate structure and governance, and investment
advisers and investment funds. Professor Krug’s research interests
primarily revolve around securities regulation, particularly
relating to the regulation of investment advisers, public and
private investment funds, and other financial institutions. Before
joining the Law School, Professor Krug was a partner with Howard
Rice (now Arnold & Porter) in San Francisco, California, where
she represented hedge fund managers and other investment advisory
firms and institutional investors in connection with their
investments in hedge funds and private equity funds. Professor Krug
has been admitted to the bar in the following jurisdictions: New
York (1998), Massachusetts (inactive, 2001), and California
(inactive, 2002).
