The American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review invites
the submission of articles related to a wide-variety of bankruptcy
issues.
Submissions must be orginal work of the author(s) and not
previously published elsewhere. In general, articles should be
in traditional law review article format -- approximately 30,000
words in length, well-researched and well-supported by substantial
footnoted citations to authority. However, we do consider
essays and other shorter works that are not in the traditional law
review article format. Please submit one, double-spaced copy
of your article in Microsoft Word format. In addition to the
article, please also submit a cover letter that includes your
daytime telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address, school
or affiliation, and a brief abstract (under 250 words) of the
article.
We require disclosure in each published article of any interest
that might influence the author’s position. Thus, please
include a copy of the required disclosure form with your
submission.
The Law Review’s preferred method of accepting
