ADVANCED PRACTICE - WRITING
REQUIREMENT
The following new courses have been added to the list of
courses and clinics that may qualify for satisfaction of the
Advanced Practice-Writing Requirement (APWR):
- Counseling in the Global Community: Practicing U.S.
Domestic Law in an International Business Economy
- Introduction to Bankruptcy Practice: Case Analysis

CONSTITUTIONAL LAW II
Beginning with the fall 2008 semester, the day sections of
Constitutional Law II will each have a limit of one-third of the
second-year day class. Day sections of Constitutional
Law II will be restricted to day students and the evening section
will be restricted to evening students. See Registration
Procedures for further details.
NEW YORK PRACTICE
New York Practice is offered in the evening only in the spring
term. It will not be offered in the evening in the fall
semester.
