TERRY MYERS
Terry Myers is Director of the Corporate Department of the
Manhattan law firm of Gibbons, P.C. For the past 15 years, he
has concentrated his practice in transactional counseling of
European clients who have subsidiaries in the United States engaged
in the automotive, engineering, steel, insurance, product
manufacturing and trading fields. Mr. Myers has represented
European concerns in domestic and international commercial disputes
in arbitration and court fora. A graduate of Hofstra
University School of Law, he will be teaching Counseling in the
Global Community: Practicing U.S. Domestic Law in an
International Business Economy.
