- Any student who audits a class must receive permission from the
professor teaching the course. An Audit Application* must be
completed and signed by the faculty member and returned to the
Office of the Registrar. A copy will be given to the student
and one retained by the Registration Coordinator.
- Only graduating students are permitted to audit classes in the
Summer, Fall and Spring terms of their final year in school.
These students may not subsequently take the same course for
credit.
- At the end of the semester, professors will be asked to verify
that an auditing student has attended the class in order for the
course to be placed on the transcript. The Registration Coordinator
will send a report to the professor who will verify the student’s
attendance by signing the form and returning it to the Office of
the Registrar.
A copy of the Audit Application may be obtained via the web site
under Current Students, click on Office of the Registrar and then
select “Registrar
Forms Online”.
