Donna Marie Korth was elected a
Fellow of the New York Bar Foundation, a professional honor,
recognizing outstanding achievement and dedication to the
objectives of the Bar. Ms. Korth was also recognized by Touro
College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center as the recipient of the
Center’s “Outstanding Pro Bono Attorney Award.”

Honorable Salvatore J. Modica was
sworn in as a Criminal Court judge by Mayor Michael Bloomberg in
January, 2006.
Cassandra M. Mullen was confirmed
by the New York State Senate as a Court of Claims Judge in
February, 2006.
