specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). An
experienced litigator of over 30 years, and a member of the
firm, Ms. Garay is on the panel of neutral arbitrators for the
American Arbitration Association (Commercial and Complex), and a
mediator for New York Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Commercial
Division). ADR resolves legal disputes outside a courtroom without
formal litigation.
