Cancellation and Refunds
Students who wish to cancel their participation in the Summer Program
must notify the Director before April 15,
2008. In such case, they will be entirely refunded.
Students seeking to withdraw later on will be charged partially
depending on the timing and on the reasons for cancellation.
Decisions will be made on a case by case basis.
Awarding Credits and Graduate
Acceleration
Applicants from law schools other than St. John’s should be
aware that neither St. John’s University School of Law nor the
Summer Rome Program are responsible for awarding credit at the
applicant’s home institution. Determination of any credit granted
will be made by the applicant’s home institution. The Summer Rome
Program may not necessarily accelerate graduation at the
applicant’s home institution. Applicants should consult with their
home institution regarding requirements for credits.
