Message from the Dean

Legal education is a lifelong experience. For many attorneys, both American and foreign, a Master of Laws degree can be an important way to continue their legal education and increase their specialized knowledge of specific areas of the law.

St. John’s School of Law offers carefully designed advanced degree programs in several disciplines, each focused on the needs of attorneys who are recently graduated or in practice. With our strong reputation as a law school that trains lawyers for the practice of law, our LL.M. programs provide you with the knowledge, skills and professional network to excel in your chosen legal specialty. Our faculty is composed of superb academics, expert in subjects as diverse as bankruptcy, corporate law, intellectual property, legal writing, international law, sports law, transnational practice and more.

At St. John’s School of Law you will become senior members of a community of legal professionals, where every graduate student is valued, respected, encouraged and directed to excel in his/her chosen course of study and, after graduation, in professional life.

We look forward to your application to St. John’s School of Law.
