Professor Landgraff is Trial Attorney in the Office of the General
Counsel, Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation. A graduate of St.
John’s University School of Law in 1971, Professor Landgraff was in
private practice until joining the PBGC in 1980. He is admitted to
practice before the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th, and D.C. Circuit
Courts of Appeals.
Professor Landgraff teaches Pension Benefits in
Bankruptcy, an area in which he has great expertise.
