Heath D. Rosenblat is Counsel in the firm’s Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group and an experienced litigator in bankruptcy courts around the country. Heath regularly represents secured lenders, as well as debtors, receivers, and trustees. He acted as debtor’s counsel to a destination club and failed merchant bank, as well as, represented various secured lenders including, WestLB AG, New York Branch (k/n/a Portigon AG), Textron Financial Corporation, Capital One, National Association, and iStar Financial, Inc., in judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, state-court receiverships, and Chapter 11 DIP financing and cash collateral matters. In addition, Heath has represented receivers/trustees appointed in various SEC actions. He has also been published in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal, the Secured Lender, and the New York Law Journal.

Professor Rosenblat teaches Bankruptcy Practice Litigation with Professors Ostrow and Larry.
