Fifth Annual Securities Dispute Resolution Triathlon
Please fill out the form below in its entirety as this information will be used throughout the competition. Once the information has been submitted, you will not be able to resubmit or change the information. If you would like to send two teams, please note that one of your teams will be guaranteed a place, and the second team will be placed on a wait list. If there is space available after the registration deadline of August 23, 2013, teams on the wait list will be notified in the order they were received.
This form must be submitted and payment received on or before August 23, 2013.
Upon completion of the online form, please mail a check payable to St. John’s University for your registration fee to the address below. If you would prefer to pay with a credit card, please contact Jean Nolan at nolanj@stjohns.edu or (718) 990-1824.
Registration fee:
Early bird rate is $375 per 3 person team if received by June 3, 2013.
After June 3rd the registration fee is $425 per 3 person team, payment by August 23, 2013.
