I chose to come to St. John's University (from Ireland), primarily
on a soccer scholarship. Once I arrived here, with each passing
day, I soon realized what SJU had to offer, and this is why I
stayed. For me, I equate the SJU experience to a family dynamic.
Despite its diversity, I feel very much at home and connected to
the students and staff. It is the diversity that makes SJU unique.
The sense of community and generosity is evident throughout the
campus, especially in the educational field.
