Research
Professor Chen ís research centered around the following themes: 1) interdisciplinary team learning, 2) pedagogical strategies of technology integration; 3) virtual collaboration and international development of instructional technology. Professor Chen is investigating emergent technologies (social media, mobile devices, games) and their pedagogical implications to teaching and learning in online, blended, and face-to-face educational (formal and informal) settings.
