Course Description
This course provides a study of the latest theoretical and empirical factors influencing human attitudinal, behavioral and ethical responses in and around organizations.  Topics include individual and organizational ethics, corporate social responsibility, intra-cultural diversities, intercultural/globalization issues, leadership, group dynamics, individual motivation, organizational structure, human resource development and decision making.
