Course Description
This course provides an overview of specific goals, policies, procedures, and responsibilities relevant to meeting student needs and the statutory requirements for serving children with disabilities in the schools.  Lectures, discussions and projects will focus on the critical evaluation of the administrative and supervisory functions in planning, organizing, programming, implementing and evaluating programs for special education services.
