Course Description
This course is designed to provide a basic understanding of the concepts, practices, and issues relating to educational administration. General Administration contains units, which provide an overview of the competencies sought of the school district administrator in the administration program of St. John's University.

Textbook
The Human Side of School Change, by Robert Evans, 1st Edition. 
(This course has multiple sections taught by different faculty - check with your academic advisor for name of faculty teaching your section to learn about necessary textbook/materials required for this course).
