In our earlier sessions this semester, we examined some of the theoretical as well as practical aspects of engaging with the Global South through study abroad, service, and research projects. In this presentation, we will hear from two faculty members who have broad experience in introducing students to settings in Latin America, Asia, and Africa. In addition, we will be joined by a representative of SIT Study Abroad, a well-regarded provider of experiential education and research programs for study abroad in the Global South.
