Each graduate receives 10 admit one
tickets. The number of tickets is strictly limited due to
seating capacity and fire code restrictions. Tickets are required
for commencement; no guests will be admitted without a ticket.
Guests with tickets will be admitted beginning one hour before the
commencement at 5 p.m.
Admission tickets are not required for the Baccalaureate Liturgy
at 4:30 p.m. in the Rome Campus Chapel.
The graduate's cap and gown will serve to admit him/her to the
ceremony. Graduates do not need a ticket to participate in the
ceremonies.
You may obtain your guest tickets from the Rome Campus Special
Events office from Tuesday, July 8 -
Thursday, July 17, 2008. Tickets will be mailed to those
graduates who advise the Special Events office in Rome with written
notification in advance.
Disabled Guests
Elderly and disabled guests may be brought to the Main Entrance
parking lot for drop off. From there an usher will direct your
guest(s) to the special seating area.
Note
Special seating will be provided but you must notify the Special
Events office in Rome ahead of time.
