Applications
Diploma applications must be completed at least four months before
the date of degree conferral.
Applications are available in Rome and all prospective graduates
must file a degree application with the Rome Campus Registrar's
Office by Monday, April 7, 2008.
Distribution
Diplomas will not be handed out during the ceremony; instead you
will receive your "diploma cover". Actual diplomas will be
distributed by the Academic Advisor's office subsequent to the
commencement ceremony. According to University policy in order to
pick up your diploma, graduates must:
- turn in their caps & gowns
- have no academic or financial holds on their accounts.
Be sure to review your account with your Academic Advisor and
the Business Manager.
You may pick up your diploma from the Academic Advisor anytime
after Sunday, July 20, 2008.
If you are unable to pick-up your diploma in person, we can mail
it to you upon written request or it can be picked up by an
authorized person after having a Third Party Authorization Form
filed with the Academic Advisor's office.
