Application for Diploma
Diploma applications must be filed no later than May 8, 2009
with your Academic Dean's office. Diploma applications are
available in the Dean's office.
If you feel that there may be difficulty in pronouncing your
name, please see your Academic Dean during cap and gown
distribution to give her a phonetic pronunciation.
Distribution of Diplomas
Diplomas will not be handed out during the ceremony. Actual
diplomas will be distributed by the Academic Dean's office
subsequent to the Commencement ceremony. Please contact your Dean
to determine whether or not you are eligible to receive your
diploma. Graduates must fulfill all academic requirements and
financial obligations in order to receive their diploma.
If you are unable to pick-up your diploma in person, we can mail
it to you upon written request or it can be picked up by an
authorized person after having a Third Party Authorization Form
filed with the Academic Dean's office.
