Only these students may participate in the commencement
exercises:
- Students who have completed all degree requirements as of the
last day of the Rome campus summer session II, Thursday, July 17, 2008. Degree requirements
include grade changes, incompletes, etc.
- Students who have completed and passed their Comprehensive
Exams.
- Students who are on Good Academic Standing with a quality point
index of 3.0/4.0 or better.
- Students who have cleared all financial and academic holds on
their account.
- Students who have been approved by the Registrar's office and
the Academic Advisor.
All eligible students are encouraged to participate in the
commencement exercises. Those who will be unable to attend should
notify the Rome Campus Academic Advisor in writing. Students are
responsible for understanding their obligations regarding their
academic requirements and they are strongly urged to meet with
their academic advisor to review their academic files.
